Rava Cake-Semolina Cake With Eggs

There are several variations and flavours to this semolina cake,here im going to make a simple Semolina-Rava cake with eggs.The cake contains rava,eggs,maida and sugar.An aesthetic touch of cardamom makes it a yummiest cake ever!! 🙂

Instructions
  1. Dry roast semolina for 10 minutes in low flame.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar,cardamom powder and salt until fluffy.
  3. Add roasted semolina and maidha,mix well with a spoon.
  4. Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour the cake mixture into it.close the lid and cook it 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes garnish it with ghee roasted cashew nuts and raisins.cover the top and cook it again for 15 minutes in very low flame.
  6. Now the yummy semolina cake is ready
