Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Saute pepper, cumin seeds, Bengal gram, black gram, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  3. Add rava to it and fry well.
  4. Allow it to cool.
  5. Add baking soda and salt to curd and mix well.
  6. Add the fried items to the curd and mix well.
  7. Keep this for atleast 15 mins to prepare rava idlis.
  8. Steam rava idlis with this batter for 10 - 15 mins.
  9. :- Serve rava idli with chutney and sambhar.
