Ghee

Carrot

Beans

Cauliflower

leaves
Cabbage

Green peas

Onion

nos
Green chillies
Ginger
A small piece
5-6
cloves
Garlic
Curry leaves
Few
4-5
springs
Coriander leaves
1
tsp
Garam masala
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing rava pulav, slice the vegetables:
carrot
, beans,
potato
, cauliflower,
cabbage
,
onion
and
green chillies
into small pieces.
Cut coriander leaves finely.
Smash
ginger
and
garlic
.
Steam and cook all the vegetables including
green peas
(Add a pinch
salt
)
Fry rava in
ghee
. Add double the quantity of boiling
water
and cook well adding
salt
.
In another kadai, fry
onion
,
garlic
,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
and
ginger
. SautT well adding
garam masala
.
To this add steamed vegetables and cooked rava and mix well.
Add extra
ghee
if any and sprinkle coriander leaves.
Rava pulav is ready. Serve with any salad as side-dish.
