Rava Pulav Rava and different types of vegetables are added 500 g Semolina (Rava)300 ml Ghee2-3 nos Carrot100 g Beans1 no Potato (big)2-3 florets Cauliflower3 leaves Cabbage100 g Green peas5 nos Onion (big)5-6 nos Green chilliesGinger (A small piece)5-6 cloves GarlicCurry leaves (Few)4-5 springs Coriander leaves1 tsp Garam masalaSalt (As reqd) For preparing rava pulav, slice the vegetables: carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower, cabbage, onion and green chillies into small pieces.Cut coriander leaves finely.Smash ginger and garlic.Steam and cook all the vegetables including green peas (Add a pinch salt)Fry rava in ghee. Add double the quantity of boiling water and cook well adding salt.In another kadai, fry onion, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger. SautT well adding garam masala.To this add steamed vegetables and cooked rava and mix well.Add extra ghee if any and sprinkle coriander leaves.Rava pulav is ready. Serve with any salad as side-dish.
