Instructions
  1. For preparing raw banana fry, first cook the washed banana pieces with some water, turmeric powder and required salt.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until the vazhakka pieces are done and water has evaporated fully.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and crackle mustard seeds. Add garlic paste, chilly powder and curry leaves. Stir in cooked vazhakka pieces.
  4. Fry the raw banana/vazhakka pieces to a golden brown color.
  5. Raw banana fry, a favorite kerala dish, is ready. Serve hot.
