Raw Jack Fruit Potato Curry

This is a simple and easy curry. Only big process is cleaning jack fruit. This jackfruit curry is yummy and quite a tangy curry. It tastes good and has only few steps to do this curry

Ingredients

1 cup Raw jack fruit
2 chopped Potato
15 nos Shallots
¼ cup Tamarind water
¼ cup Coconut
1 tbsp Sambhar powder
Salt s per taste
¼ tsp Tumeric
2 tbsp Oil
1 Tomato
1 tsp Mustard and fenugreek and jeera

Instructions

Clean jack fruit and chop and keep aside
Now add in cooker with water and turmeric and little salt boil 10 minutes
Now add oil and temper Mustard and fenugreek and jeera
Now add shallots and sauté well add potato sauté well
Now add cooked jack fruit mix well
Now add all powder and mix well
Now add tamarind water bring to boil
In mixer jar add coconut and tomato and grind well and add to curry and bring to boil
Now the Raw jack fruit potato curry ready to serve with rice.
