Instructions
  1. For preparing Raw Mango Curry without Coconut, first take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  2. Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard seeds and add raw mango, crushed ginger garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
  3. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cup water.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
