Raw Mango Paneer pulao is very different and unique dish which we usually do the paneer pulao or raw mango rice but here its combination of both. its very tasty and little bit sour too. its very rich in nutrition food.

  • Boiled rice - 2 cups
  • Mixed vegetables - 1 1/2 cup
  • Paneer - 1 pack
  • Raw mango - 1/2
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chili - 1
  • bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Oil: 2 tbsp -
  • bay leaf 3 no. -
  • cinnamon small piece -
  • clove 2 no. -
  • cashew nut 10 no. -
  • Ghee : 2 tsp -
  • Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Chop all vegetables and keep aside
  2. In pan add oil and temper bay leaf and cloves and cinnamon
  3. Now add onion and green chili
  4. Now add tomato and saute well and now add all powders and ginger garlic paste and saute well
  5. Now add vegetables and saute well
  6. Now add raw mango and cashew and in mean time roast paneer with oil and keep aside
  7. Now add little water and bring to boil combine and add paneer
  8. when it semi dry add boiled rice mix gently and transfer to serving bowl
  9. Raw Mango Paneer pulao is ready to serve
