  • Basmati rice : 1 ½ cup -
  • Carrot 1 cup -
  • Beans 1 cup -
  • Potato 1cup -
  • Green Peas : 1 cup -
  • Onion : 2 nos -
  • Green chilly 5 nos -
  • Coconut 4 big pieces -
  • Small onion : 5 nos -
  • Ginger garlic paste 5 tsp -
  • Salt 4 to 5 tsp -
  • Oil : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Chop the onion into small peaces
  2. beans and potato and keep aside.
  3. coconut and small onion grind in blender.
  4. In a pressure pan put oil and ghee then allow it to melt.
  5. cardamom and aniseed and sauté it
  6. Add onion and allow it to cook golden brown colour
  7. Once the smell comes out put the mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
  8. Now add salt and all the chopped vegetables and green peas except raw mango and mix well
  9. Now add ginger garlic paste and coconut paste and some water and mix well.
  10. Add rice and water mix well once the raw smell of the paste goes out.
  11. Once the water gets boil put raw mango and mix well and close the cooker and leave 1 whistle
  12. Now raw mango pulav is ready serve.
