Raw Mango Rice

It is a nice andra dish we can eat as break fast or lunch or dinner.Kids will love this.Potato chips and pappad is a nice combination for raw mango rice.

  • Raw mango grated - 1/2 cup
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1
  • green chilli - 4
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Cooked white Rice - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard's.When mustard's splutter add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add green chilli to this and saute for a minute.
  3. Add grated raw mangoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder stir for a minute.
  5. Add this mix to cooked rice and mix all together.
