Instructions
  1. boil the aloo by adding 1/2 tsp salt and smash it
  2. in a kadai heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, chopped ginger, garlic and green chili
  3. add smashed aloo and mix it
  4. add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  5. add coriander leaves and mix well
  6. add grated raw mango and mix it
  7. take a bread slice cut the corner and dip in water and filter it
  8. keep the raw mango stuff and roll it
  9. dust with maida
  10. greeze the aluminum foil in the baking tray and keep the roll bake it for 30 mins in 180 c
  11. now raw mango roll is ready to serve
