  • Dry chillies - 30 nos
  • garlic(sliced) - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 50 g
  • Fenugreek powder - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing raw pepper/kurumulaku achar, first combine pepper, lime juice, garlic, ginger and salt.
  2. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek powder and dry chillies.
  3. Pour over the pepper mixture.
  4. Keep it in a tight bottle and use after 2-3 weeks.
  5. Raw pepper/kurumulaku achar is ready.
