Ribbon murukku
Ingredients
- 300 gm Gram flour Kadalamavu
- 200 gm Rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds or cumin seeds(Jeerakam) Ellu
- 6 tsp Ghee or butter
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Kayam
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a thick paste.
- Place a large ball of this mixture inside a "murukku achu" and squeeze the achu so that the murukku drops into boiling oil.
- Turn over until fully cooked and crisp.
