Instructions
  1. For preparing ribbon pakkoda, take rice flour, gram flour, red chilly powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl.
  2. Make a thick batter by adding sufficient water.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  4. Take this batter in an instrument called POKKAVADA NAZHI (used to make the batter in a ribbon shape) and squeeze into the boiling coconut oil.
  5. Turn sides and fry well. Ribbon pakkoda is ready.
