2 cups Rice powder

2 tbsp Oats
1 1/2 cup Coconut grated
1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

For preparing rice and coconut balls, grind coconut, oats, jaggery, sugar and cardamom.
Mix with rice powder.
Make small balls and fry it in oil.
Rice and coconut balls are ready.
