Instructions
  1. Mix 4 cups rice flour,1 cup rava, 4 - 5 green chillies finely chopped, 5 tsp grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, 5 - 6 curry leaves, salt to taste with some water to make a thick batter.

  3. The batter should be soft and easy to spread with your hands.
  4. Heat a cast iron griddle and spread a large handful of the batter on the griddle and spread it with wet fingers, to form a round shape.
  5. Cover and cook on a slow gas till the edges turn brown and the bottom side is golden brown.
  6. When the bottom side is cooked drizzle a few drops of oil on and around the bhakri and flip the side and cook for 3-4 minutes.
