  • Cooked long grain rice - 125 g
  • Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Pepper(As reqd, freshly ground) -
  • Peas - 50 g
  • Carrot(chopped) - 1 no
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 no
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Boiled egg(sliced) - 1 no

Instructions
  1. For preparing rice in baked beef curry, first heat butter in a pan, add curry powder, maida and cook for a minute.
  2. Pour milk and add soya sauce. Boil and simmer stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Add cooked beef, peas, carrot and onion. Stir well to coat the veggies with the sauce. 5)Add the cooked rice and transfer the curry to a microwave friendly bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the veggies are done..
  5. Rice in baked beef curry is ready. It is a yummy Chinese cuisine. Serve hot & garnished with a sliced boiled egg.
