  • Milk : 3 cups -

Instructions
  1. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes to one hour.
  2. Drain water and grind to a fine paste.
  3. Add milk to paste and heat together.Stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.bring to boil. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Add milkmaid ,almonds and elaichi and remove from fire .
  5. Leave to cool and set in a refrigerator.
  6. Serve cool.
