  • Strawberry jam - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs(separated and beaten well) - 6 nos

  • Brandy(optional) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing rice soufflT, boil the milk and rice together till thick and creamy.
  2. Add egg yolks, sugar and essence. Mix well.
  3. Pour one-third of this mixture into a greased mould and cover it with a thin layer of jam
  4. Repeat the layers similarly and top the soufflT with a layer of apple pulp.
  5. Then cover it with a layer of egg whites and bake it for about 30 minutes.
  6. Rice soufflT is ready. Serve with brandy poured over.
