  • Urad dal - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Peel the skin of Ridge Gourd.and keep aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil and add channa dal urad dal saute golden colour comes.
  3. Now add Onions and fry it .
  4. Put Ridge Gourd skin and saute till raw smell goes.
  5. Now add red chili and garlic and tamarind and mix well in low flame
  6. Add coconut and mix well and off the flame and allow it to cool.
  7. Grind the mixture in the mixie
  8. Now heat small pan add oil temper the mustard and channa dal and dry chiliserve with dosa or idly .
