For preparing baked prawn/jhinga, first boil the prawns in saltwater for 6-7 minutes. Drain the prawns and set aside.
Mix all the ingredients to the prawn : onion, beaten egg, chilly paste, ginger powder, garlic powder, chopped celery, parsley, pepper and required salt.
Transfer the contents including vegetables to a oil smeared microwave safe dish. Add lime juice.
Roast in medium heat for 30 minutes.
4)Easy to prepare as well as nutritious roast prawn/jhinga is ready. Serve hot.
