Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrot cut into medium size pieces
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Sprouted green gram
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Pasta cooked
  • 1 cup Cucumber cut into squares
  • 1 cup Red cabbage chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash the green gram with sufficient water and make sure there are no stones. Add enough water. Water level should be little above that of bean. Let It soak overnight or a minimum of 7 hours. After the mentioned time, drain the water well by keeping it in a strainer. When the water is completely drained, it can be either kept in the strainer itself or transfer it into another vessel.   • Boil or steam the chopped carrots and sprouted green gram into bite like consistency, drain and chill.
  • Finally, mix everything together in large bowl by adding pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise and mix well.
