Instructions
  1. Soak sabudana in water for about 3 - 4 hrs.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Splutter cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies and ginger and sautT well.
  5. Add soaked sago and mix well.
  6. Lower the flame and sautT well for about 5 mins.
  7. Add grated coconut and mix well.
  8. Add crushed peanuts and salt and mix well again.
  9. Remove from the flame.
  10. :- Serve hot.

I tried ur recipe,but my uppuma came out jam,I think after soaking sago,need to boil with water and remove that water.If u have any idea reply me

This Sabudana can be made without sticky by soaking it 30 mins, then drain the water, keep it for 5 more hours for getting stuffed. Then do follow the recipe, it will be nice

Is their any trick to make it not sticky…..?? otherwise tastes good.
