Ingredients

Elephant

(Chena)
Raw
banana
(Pachhakkai)
Drumsticks(Muringakkai)
Carrot
Beans
White pumpkin
1/2
cup
Yellow pumpkin
4
spoon
Curd
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
8
nos
Green chillies
1/2
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
1/4
of
Coconut
4
sprigs
Curry leaves
2
spoon
Coconut oil
Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into long pieces.
Boil all the vegetables with a little
water
along with
turmeric powder
and 4
green chillies
.
When it starts to boil, add curd.
Allow it to boil again.
Grind togther grated
coconut
, tthe remaining
green chillies
and
cumin seeds
into a coarse form.
When it becomes thick, add the ground mixture and mix well.
Switch off the gas.
Garnish with
curry leaves
on top.
Pour a little cocunut
oil
too.
