Sadhya Rasam Rasam within 5 mins made using rasam powder 2 spoon Rasam powderTamarind (soak in water, Puli)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)1/2 of TomatoCoriander leaves (A few)Curry leaves (A few)1 tsp Mustard seeds2 - Dry red chillies (Kollamulaku)1 tbsp Oil Extract the tamarind juice and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.Add tamarind juice and allow it to boil.When it starts to boil, add tomato, turmeric powder, rasam powder, chilly powder and salt.Boil further.Finally add coriander leaves.:- For more sadhya items, se my other sadhya recipes.
