  • Salad greens(assorted) - 200 g
  • Fresh Herbs(mint/basil/cilantro or a combination) - 1 cup
  • Blue cheese(crumbled) - 100 g
  • Almond flakes - 50 g
  • Raisins - 50 g
Vinaigrette dressing:-
  • White balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
  • Sugar(optional) - 1 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Black pepper(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Rinse the salad greens and herbs. Drain.
  2. Blend dressing ingredients together for two minutes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil a little at a time.
  4. Transfer salad greens with herbs, crumbled blue cheese and raisins to a bowl.
  5. Toss the greens with half of vinaigrette dressing.
  6. Remove the greens to a platter and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
  7. Pass the remaining vinaigrette separately.
