  • Rubbed sage - 1/2 tbsp
  • White Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  • Olive/canola oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salmon steaks - 5 nos

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and mix 3 1/2 tsp rosemary, pepper, sage, lemon juice and oil.
  2. Rub this mixture over both sides of the salmon steaks and marinate for sometime.
  3. Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill.
  4. Spread the remaining rosemary over the hot coals for an added flavor.
  5. Place the marinated salmons on the grill rack.
  6. Cover the grill and run over medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
  7. Yummy grilled salmon steaks are ready.
