Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp Tahini paste sesame paste
  • 1 no Lime juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 no Onion cut in rings
  • 1 no Tomato cut in rings

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish tahini, marinate fish with salt, tahini paste, pepper, olive oil and lime juice for 1/2 hour.
  • Place the onion rings and tomato in foil and place the fish on top. Cover it with foil.
  • Bake it for 25 minutes at 350 f degrees. Or grill the fish directly. Or can be steamed for about 30 minutes in steamer.
  • Fish tahini is ready.
