Samak Bi Tahini(Fish Tahini)

Pepper

Onion
cut in rings

Tomato
cut in rings
Instructions
For preparing fish tahini, marinate fish with
salt
, tahini paste, pepper, olive
oil
and lime juice for 1/2 hour.
Place the
onion
rings and
tomato
in foil and place the fish on top. Cover it with foil.
Bake it for 25 minutes at 350 f degrees. Or grill the fish directly. Or can be steamed for about 30 minutes in steamer.
Fish tahini is ready.
