Samba is a special brown rice , which is rich in iron and other nutritive properties. This puttu is made quickly for evening time snack. The rice is been soaked for 2 hrs and ground wet. This rice is sievedd and steamed for 20 mins. When the flour is cooked it is been tasted with palm sugar and coconutmilk . cardamom powder is added for flavor.
