Instructions
  1. Take potatoes and add salt and half of ginger garlic paste and boil. When water completely drain up take from gas and keep aside.
  2. Heat a kadai ,add in oil and heat it up. Add mustard seeds .Let it sizzle
  3. Add balance ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min
  4. Add sambar powder and rice powder . Cook this for a minute. Then add curry leaves.
  5. Add in potatoes and toss well with masala.
  6. Fry for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Serve with rice as a side dish.
