this is south indian famous recipe. this is combine with idly and sambhar with melting ghee. this sambhar is not usual one. we add come coconut and bring thick and tatse too

  • Sambhar powder - 1 tsp

  • Coconut paste - 1/2 cup
  • Idly batter - 1 cup
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Ghee - 5 tblsp

Instructions
  1. Make mini idly with idly batter
  2. In pan add oil and temper mustard , fenugreek, cumin and asafoetida
  3. Saute onion and curry leaves, green chili
  4. Now add tomato and saute well
  5. Now add all powder and saute well
  6. Now add dal and make to boil for 2 min
  7. Now add coconut paste and add little water and bring them to boil
  8. now sambhar is ready and pour sambhar in bowl of mini idly and add ghee and chopped Onions and coriander leaves. Now mini idly is ready
