  • Saffron strand - 2 pinches
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 4-6 tbsp
  • Ice Cubes - 6-8 nos
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Sandalwood paste(rub sandalwood with a little water on a flat surface) - 1 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing sandalwood-saffron cooler, put the saffron in a little warm water and rub till it dissolves.
  2. Pour this water to a larger bowl. Add 5 teacups of water, lemon juice, cardamom powder, sugar, salt and sandalwood paste.
  3. Pour it to glasses and add crushed ice to it.
  4. Sandalwood-saffron cooler is ready. Serve immediately.
