Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 pinches Saffron strand
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 4-6 tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 nos Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sandalwood paste rub sandalwood with a little water on a flat surface

Instructions
 

  • For preparing sandalwood-saffron cooler, put the saffron in a little warm water and rub till it dissolves.
  • Pour this water to a larger bowl. Add 5 teacups of water, lemon juice, cardamom powder, sugar, salt and sandalwood paste.
  • Pour it to glasses and add crushed ice to it.
  • Sandalwood-saffron cooler is ready. Serve immediately.
