Boiled boneless chicken mixed and tossed with Nepalese/Indian spices
Ingredients
- 200 gm Bone less chicken boiled
- 2 nos Tomato medium
- 20 gm Green leaf of garlic chopped
- Salt As reqd
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 5 nos Green chillies
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil/Salad oil
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Green coriander leaves for garnishing
