  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ceam - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

  • Mayonnise(optional) - 1 -
  • Celery - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion into it and saute till brown.
  3. Reduce the heat and add maida to it and stir well for 2 mins.
  4. When a nice smell comes, slowly add the milk into it stirring constantly.
  5. Mix well without forming any lumps.
  6. Add salt, pepper, cream and celery to it.
  7. :- If u do not like the flavour of celery, u can avoid that.
  8. :- The paste should not be very thick, should be in medium consistency.
  9. If needed, u can add mayonnaise or more cream to it.
  10. :- To this mixture, you can also add chopped cucumber, carrots, beans, cabbages or tuna, boiled chicken etc.
