  • Ripe sapotas(large) - 10 nos
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Whole milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar powder - 1 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 50 g
  • Almonds - 50 g
  • Honey - 3 tbsp

  • Ripe sapotas(large) - 10 nos
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Whole milk - 500 ml
  • Sugar powder - 1 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 50 g
  • Almonds - 50 g
  • Honey - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Peel the sapotas, remove seeds and keep the pulp in a dish.
  2. Add two tbsp of ghee to a deep bottomed frying pan and fry the cashew nuts and almonds(outer layer removed and finely shred) until brown. Remove and keep aside.
  3. Boil the milk till reduced to about half the quantity.
  4. To the same pan add some more ghee and add the sapota pulp and milk powder. Mix well and fry till both the ingredients are well blended. Add sugar powder, milk, cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. Add the condensed milk, fried dry fruits and remaining ghee.
  5. Mix well and allow to cook on low flame till ghee shows up.
  6. Top with 3 tbsp of honey and serve hot.
