Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables and mix it
  2. Chop the tomato and onion
  3. Make a paste which mentioned in above ingredients
  4. mix the vegetables with the paste
  5. heat the oil and ghee in the kadai and temper clove, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf
  6. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  7. add tomato and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  8. add the vegetables and salt and mix it
  9. add coconut milk and required water and allow to until all the vegetables get cooked
  10. Now Saravana Bhavan Veg kurma is ready
