Cook the sardines with tomatoes, chilly powder and required salt until done and water evaporates completely. Crush the cooked sardines removing all bones.
Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry chopped onions and ginger. Add mashed potato and crushed sardines. Mix together and remove from fire.
Make small cutlets with your palm and coat well with the beaten egg and roll over bread crumbs.
Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Fry both sides of the sardine cutlet until golden brown in color.
Yummy and highly nutritious sardine cutlet is ready. Serve hot.
