This is a typical Kerala traditional recipe which you can normally find in almost all Kerala restaurants and homes. This recipe can be considered as a side dish for lunch. Very less ingredients have been used to make this delicious recipe.

Instructions
  1. Clean the sardines and make deep gashes on both sides
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinate
  3. Coat the fish with the marinade and keep for 15 minutes
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fishes......turning it once after one side is fried well
  5. Serve as accompaniment with boiled rice or as it is.
Recipe Notes

Same marinate can be used for frying any fish.
