  • Rice flour : 1 tsp -
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. peel and chop the aloo in finger size
  2. in a bowl add aloo, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, maida, corn flour, rice flour, pepper,lime juice, soya sauce and tomato sauce
  3. mix well with out adding water
  4. Apply oil the non stick pan, heat and fry the aloo
  5. fry both the side
  6. Saucy Aloo Tikka is ready
