1 kg Chicken2 tsp Soya sauce2 tsp Chilly sauce3 tbsp Tomato sauceOil (As reqd)3 nos Onion (chopped)1 inch Ginger (minced)4 pods Garlic (minced)1 branch Celery (chopped)1 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd) For preparing saucy chicken, wash the chicken, chop it and marinate it with soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce. Keep it aside for 1 hour.Fry onion in oil.Add the ginger, garlic, salt, celery and pepper powder. Fry till it turns brown in colour.Add the marinated chicken to it, mix well and cook in low flame(water is not required).Remove it from flame when done.Saucy chicken is ready.
