  • Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp

  • garlic(minced) - 4 pods
  • Celery(chopped) - 1 branch
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing saucy chicken, wash the chicken, chop it and marinate it with soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. Fry onion in oil.
  3. Add the ginger, garlic, salt, celery and pepper powder. Fry till it turns brown in colour.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to it, mix well and cook in low flame(water is not required).
  5. Remove it from flame when done.
  6. Saucy chicken is ready. Serve hot.
