  • Maida : 1 tsp -
  • Cornflour : 2 tsp -
  • salt 1o taste -
  • pepper 1/2 tsp -
  • red chili powder 1/4 tsp -
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
  • Sugar : 1 tsp -
  • Oil : 2 tsp -

Instructions
  1. slice the onion and chop the capsicum
  2. In a bowl add cauliflower, salt, maida and cornflower and mix well
  3. in a pan heat the oil and ghee
  4. add sliced onion and saute it until it turn into slight golden brown
  5. add capsicum and mix well
  6. add pepper and red chili powder and mix well
  7. now add cauliflower and mix it
  8. add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and mix well
  9. allow to cook for 15 mins in medium flame and sauce get mix well with cauliflower
  10. now saucy gobi chili is ready
