Instructions
  1. For preparing saunf sharbat, blend fennel seeds and sugar to a fine powder.
  2. Mix this powder with 1 cup of water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes.(stir it twice in between)
  3. Keep it aside for 10 min and filter it.
  4. Store it in the fridge in an air tight container.
  5. Take 2-4 tbsp of this mixture in a glass and pour chilled water on top of it when you wish to serve.
  6. Saunf sharbat is ready. Serve immediately.
