1/2 cup Fennel seeds (Perumjeerakam)1/2 cup Sugar For preparing saunf sharbat, blend fennel seeds and sugar to a fine powder.Mix this powder with 1 cup of water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes.(stir it twice in between)Keep it aside for 10 min and filter it.Store it in the fridge in an air tight container.Take 2-4 tbsp of this mixture in a glass and pour chilled water on top of it when you wish to serve.Saunf sharbat is ready.
