Instructions
  1. Cut the sausages into small pieces, preferably small cubes (1 cm thick) and wash properly in warm water.
  2. Remove all the water.
  3. In a vessel, add the sausage, chilly powder, turmeric, 1 tsp black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Let the sausage marinate in the masala for 10 - 15 mins.
  5. Heat a round bottom pan/wok on low heat and add the oil.
  6. Wait till the oil is hot and then add the marinated sausages to the pan.
  7. Keep frying. Initially the sausage will swell up and change colour but keep frying (10 - 15 mins) till the sausage becomes dark brown in colour.
  8. Then add 1 tsp black pepper powder, mix well and remove.
  9. :- Lovely Kerala style sausage fry is ready to be served. Best suited as a snack along with drinks or as an accompaniment along with rice.
