  • Egg - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 3 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into long narrow pieces.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients of marination and keep it for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till it becomes crisp and golden brown. Drain well and remove from the oil.
  3. Now add chopped garlic sauté till it turns a golden color.Add chopped onions, whole dried red chilly, green chilly and stir well.
  4. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce , dried red chilli paste , salt, sugar, vinegar and sauté them well.
  5. Add warm water and stir to mix well . When it comes to boil, add the fried chicken pieces to this gravy.Stir well to coat all the chicken with the gravy.
  6. It is ready to serve.Serve hot with fried rice, Steamed rice or noodles.
  7. Preparation of red chilli paste-5-10 red chillies, remove stems, soak in hot water(1hour). Drain the water from the soaked chillies .Put into a blender and grind to a coarse paste.
