Instructions
  1. Take Pan add oil and break eggs and make Scrambled egg and keep aside.
  2. In Vessel add boiling water and salt , oil and add noodles and allow 10 min and drain water.
  3. Chop all vegetables and keep aside.
  4. In large pan add oil and saute garlic and dry chili
  5. Add mixed vegetables and sugar , salt then cook for 10 min in low flame
  6. Now add schezwan sauce and mix together well
  7. Now add that scrambled egg then cook for min
  8. At last add noodles and combine all together and leave for minute and turn off the flame
  9. Now the Schezwan Egg Noodles is ready.
