Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Whole kashmiri chilies : 2
  • 12 nos Whole spicy chilies : 10
  • Garlic peeled : 1 pod
  • 5 tsp Oil : 4
  • 10 cloves Garlic minced : 8
  • 3 nos Finely chopped green chilies : 2
  • Finely chopped ginger : ½” pc
  • Finely chopped onion : 1 no
  • Chopped celery : 1 tsp
  • Vinegar : 1 tsp
  • Sugar : 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto : a pinch
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak the red chillies and peeled garlic in a pan with hot water for 30 minutes.
  • Bring the red chilies and garlic to a boil and cool.
  • Discard the water and grind to a fine paste. Use a little water if required for grinding.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the minced garlic, ginger, onion, green chilies and celery and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

  • Add the red chilli and garlic paste and cook on a low flame for 5 - 7 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, sugar, salt and ajinomoto and cook for a few minutes till the sauce thickens.
