Instructions
  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add the sliced garlic or garlic paste when the oil is warm.
  3. :- All the vegetables should be cut into small pieces like you would for a cutlet.
  4. Add crushed red pepper.
  5. Add carrots followed by salt and then let the carrots cook without water.
  6. After some time, add the cut capsicum and potato and leave it aside.
  7. :- This itself is a dish(Veggie dish).
  8. Heat some oil in another pan.
  9. Add the vegetables and coriander leaves and the eggs with a little salt and mix them as you would for making scrambled eggs.
  10. :- Serve hot with rice or with ghee rice.
