Instructions
  1. Soak separately the Rice & Dhal.
  2. Wash well & grind rice to a smooth paste.
  3. Grind the dhal along with coconut scrapings, asafoetida, salt, grated ginger & the green chillies.
  4. Remove from blender & mix with the rice mixture.(The consistency should be that of Dosa Batter. It should not be too thin.)
  5. Heat a Dosa Tava.
  6. Make thin, crisp Dosas.
  7. :- Serve with Chutney or Sambar or Mulagai Podi.
