Semiya Banana Snack|Semiya Kai Pola|VermicelliBanana Cake is a cake prepared using banana and vermicelli as primary ingredients.Here beaten cooked banana and cooked vermicelli are cooked in beaten egg.It can be prepared with in 30 minutes and can be served once cooled.It worth enough for functions and parties. Its a variety to the usual preparation of dessert. This vermicelli and banana combo definitely works out very well. This can also be served as an evening snack for the kids instead of junk food as it is healthiee too.Try this yummy simple cake with vermicelli and banana...enjoy!!!
Heat 3 tbspghee in a pan and Roast the banana ,raisins and cashew nuts until light brown in colour.keep it aside.
Dry Roast the vermicelli till golden brown in colour.
Boil milk in a saucepan and add the roasted vermicelli and 1 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt.
Cook it for 4-5 minutes,more till the vermicelli gets cooked and the milk thickens. when the vermicelli has softened and cooked well, turn off the flame
Cover the lid and cook it on very low flame for about 20 minutes.
Then flip the cake and cook the other side for 5 minutes.finally Insert a tooth pick or fork in the center and make sure it comes out clean.Turn off the flame and let it cool
