Instructions
  1. Slice the onion and chop the tomato, carrot, beans, aloo and green chili
  2. In a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  3. Add curry leaves, green chili and onion and saute it until the onion turn into golden brown
  4. add tomato and mix it
  5. add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  7. add all vegetables and mix
  8. add mint leaves, mix and allow to cook for 10 minutes
  9. now add water and allow to boil
  10. once the water get boiled add vemicelli and mix well and turn flame in low and cook
  11. dry the water and mix well
  12. now semiya bath is ready to serve. serve hot
