  • par boil the vermiceli
  • chop the onion and green chili
  • boil the aloo and smash it
  • in a bowl add aloo, vermiceli, onion, green chili, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and coriander powder and mix well
  • add maida , corn flour and water in bowl and make batter
  • take small ball of vermiceli and make cutlet shape and dip in the maida batter
  • spread the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and deep fry it
  • now semiya cutlet is ready to serve
